R&D, pattern making, cutting, sublimation, embroidery, screen printing, stitching and QC all sit on the same site. Nothing is subcontracted out and quietly changed.
Sample to bulk without drift
The approved sample sets the spec: pattern block, fabric, GSM, thread, colour reference. Bulk runs against that record, not against a memory of it.

Turn it round and look at the build: a 500D nylon shell, waterproof and mesh linings, protectors at the back, shoulders and elbows, reinforced impact zones, cover-stitched seams and YKK® components. Made to order in your colours, panels and branding.

R&D
Tech pack review, 3D mock-ups and a physical sample for approval before anything is cut.
Raw materials
Fabric, thread, trims and interlining sourced against the approved spec — GSM and composition on record.
Pattern making
Graded blocks across your full size run, digitised and stored so repeat orders start from the same pattern.
Cutting
Marker planning and layered cutting for consistent panel geometry and controlled fabric waste.
Embellishment
Dye sublimation, embroidery, screen print, heat transfer and appliqué — 7,000 sublimation prints a week.
Stitching
Line assembly with seam-type and stitch-density set per garment. 450,000 stitches a day.
Quality check
Inline and final inspection against the approved sample: measurement, colour, print position, finishing.
Shipping
Poly-bagged, cartoned and labelled to your packing list. Air or sea via DB Schenker and Nexus.
