Blackthorn World is an equestrian base layer manufacturer for riding brands, clubs and tack shops. Base layers, training shirts, show shirts and full-zip tops are made to order in breathable stretch fabrics, in your colours and under your label.

How much do custom equestrian base layers cost?
Indicative FOB prices are $8–$15 per piece for base layers, $8–$12 for training and riding shirts and $7–$18 for full-zip riding tops. The final price depends on fabric, decoration and quantity.
What fabrics do you use for riding base layers?
Stretch polyester/elastane or nylon/elastane performance knits, with breathable cool-touch and mesh panel options.
Can you add our logo and colours?
Yes. Any Pantone colour, with logos sublimated, embroidered, screen-printed, silicone-printed or heat-transferred, and your own labels, hang tags and polybags.
How long does a base layer order take?
Samples take about 2 weeks. Bulk production takes 3–4 weeks after you approve the sample, plus shipping.
