Custom ice hockey uniforms, made to order

Blackthorn World is a custom ice hockey uniform manufacturer: we make jerseys, socks, pant shells, hoodies, jackets and team accessories to order, in your design, from 10 pieces per design. Every order is made in our own factory and shipped to teams, leagues and dealers in the USA, Canada, the UK, the Nordics and the rest of Europe.

Jerseys come in two main builds. Sublimated jerseys have the design, crest, names and numbers dyed into Super-Knit 220 GSM polyester, so they never crack or peel and any number of colors costs the same. Tackle twill jerseys have the crest, names and numbers cut from twill and stitched on, for the raised, classic look of a pro or vintage sweater. Both are available in youth to adult sizes and in a goalie cut.

Most teams order a matched set rather than single items. We make knit, sublimated and tech mesh socks, pant shells that slip over hockey girdles, and team hoodies, quarter-zips, warm-up suits, bench jackets and coaches jackets, all from the same artwork so stripes and colors line up. Our full team kit package bundles a jersey, socks, a pant shell and a hoodie per player.

Off the ice, we make team t-shirts and polos, joggers and shorts, knitted toques, compression base layers, and equipment and stick bags, ready for team stores and fan merchandise.

Ordering is simple. Send your design, a photo of your current jersey or just your colors and logo. We return a design proof, then make a pre-production sample in about 2 weeks. Bulk production takes 3–4 weeks after you approve the sample. The minimum order is 10 pieces per design, and sizes, names and numbers can be mixed within it. Pricing is quote-based, so send your quantities and we reply with a quote.

We work with minor hockey associations, adult and beer leagues, club and school teams, tournaments, and hockey dealers who sell under their own label.
