Why US buyers source direct from our factory
Most US brands and team dealers we work with were buying through an agent or a domestic decorator. Buying from the factory removes a margin layer and puts you in direct contact with the people who cut your fabric, run your sublimation and check your seams. You get one quote that covers fabric, decoration, labels and freight.
We run eight sublimation printers, more than 200 stitching machines and in-house embroidery and screen print, with capacity for 150,000+ garments a month. That lets a start-up brand order 30–50 pieces per style and a national distributor scale to container loads without changing supplier.
Duties, shipping and delivery to the USA
Samples travel by express courier and usually reach the US in 3–5 days. Bulk orders ship by air for speed or by sea for larger volumes, either FOB or delivered duty paid (DDP) so the goods arrive at your warehouse with import duty already handled. Every shipment carries a commercial invoice, packing list and HS codes per style — see our sportswear HS codes guide.
US payment is simple: bank transfer, Alibaba Trade Assurance or Zelle, with 50% on order and the balance when goods are packed and ready to ship.

Development samples are charged per style plus courier and the cost is credited against your first bulk order. Samples take 15–20 working days; bulk production takes 2–3 weeks after you approve the pre-production sample. Payment is 50% on order and 50% when the goods are ready to ship.
