Samples arrive by express courier. Bulk ships by air or sea to your club or warehouse. Eligible goods travel with a REX statement on origin so your broker can claim GSP+ preferential duty.

Development samples are charged per style plus courier and the cost is credited against your first bulk order. Samples take 15–20 working days; bulk production takes 2–3 weeks after you approve the pre-production sample. Payment is 50% on order and 50% when the goods are ready to ship.
