Choosing a graphic tee block

The fit sets the price point as much as the print. Oversized and boxy blocks with dropped shoulders use more fabric and sell at a higher retail price; a relaxed fit suits customers who want a standard shoulder. Heavier jersey (250–260 GSM) holds a boxy shape and feels premium, while 220 GSM is cooler for warm markets such as Australia and the southern US.

Washes change the look of the artwork. Garment washing and pigment fading give a broken-in surface that suits distressed halftones, and DTF film keeps fine lines and gradients sharp on any colour. For large single-colour runs, screen printing is cheaper per piece.

Questions buyers ask

What is the minimum order for custom graphic T-shirts?

50 pieces per design. Sizes can be mixed, and several designs can share one shipment.

Do you print DTF or screen print?

Both. DTF suits detailed, multi-colour artwork and smaller runs; screen printing suits larger runs with fewer colours. Puff print and embroidery are also available.

Which GSM should I choose for an oversized tee?

240–260 GSM is the usual choice for oversized and boxy streetwear tees; 220 GSM suits relaxed fits and summer ranges.

Can you wash or dye the tees after sewing?

Yes. We offer garment washing, enzyme washing, pigment fading and garment dyeing, approved against a physical standard before bulk.
