Who we are
Blackthorn World grew out of a family textile business that has traded since 1965. The company was established in 1995 — Pakistan's centre for sportswear, gloves and leather goods — and today makes custom garments for sports brands, teamwear suppliers, workwear distributors, schools and clubs.
We do not sell stock. Every order is built to the buyer's specification: fabric, colours, fit, decoration, labels and packaging, sampled before bulk production.

How we work
Development, pattern making, cutting, decoration, stitching and quality control sit on one site. Patterns are made digitally on Gerber AccuMark and graded across the full size run, so repeat orders start from the same file. Around three-quarters of production operations — patterns, workmanship tracking and QC — are digitised.

Where we sell
Our buyers are mainly in the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, the Nordics, Italy, France, Poland, Switzerland, the rest of Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Samples travel by air courier; bulk ships by sea or air freight, door-to-door or FOB to your forwarder.
