What you see in the film
Concept to shipment under one roof. Our design team turns your artwork into production files and patterns, then every step from fabric cutting to packing happens in our own facility.
Certified quality and compliance. ISO 9001:2015 quality management, SEDEX SMETA ethical and social compliance audits and SGS product quality and safety testing. Every process, batch and shipment is checked against international benchmarks.
In-house printing and decoration. Sublimation and digital printing units for full-colour teamwear, and an embroidery division for crests, logos and detailing at scale.
The stitching floor and quality control. Hundreds of specialised machines work side by side, and every order passes multi-stage quality control before it leaves the factory.
Global delivery. From a sample parcel to a full container, we ship by courier, air cargo and sea freight to brands, clubs, wholesalers and importers in the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Europe, the Nordics, Australia and New Zealand.

Yes. Design, pattern making, cutting, sublimation and digital printing, embroidery, stitching, quality control and packing all happen under one roof, so we control quality and lead times.
Which certifications does the factory hold?
Blackthorn World is ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management, SEDEX SMETA audited for ethical and social compliance, and SGS certified and audited for product quality and safety. WRAP certification is also held.
How do you ship orders?
We ship worldwide by express courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx), air cargo and sea freight, from sample parcels to full container loads, to buyers in the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
