Why race-specific kit matters
A fitness race alternates 1 km runs with sled pushes, sled pulls, rowing, lunges, burpees and wall balls. Kit that is fine for a gym class can chafe on the runs or ride up on the stations. Our racing pieces use flatlock seams on the inner thigh and underarm, wide armholes for overhead work, and stretch that holds its shape through deep lunges.
High-vis side and shoulder panels help coaches and supporters spot athletes across a crowded race floor, and sublimated names on the back make every competitor easy to cheer.
Fabrics we use
The range is built on 160–180 GSM recycled polyester and spandex mesh-knit. It is light, quick-drying and breathable, with enough stretch for full range of movement. Mesh side panels add ventilation where heat builds up.
All colour is applied by dye-sublimation, so logos, panels and names are part of the fabric rather than a layer that can crack or peel. We supply the exact composition for your labels and product pages; we do not claim a recycled-content certification.
Team & gym orders
Gyms and affiliates use the range as front-desk merchandise and as a uniform for members racing in singles, doubles and relays. Run clubs order matching sets for race weekends, team stores run pre-order windows, and private-label activewear brands use the pieces as a base for their own line.
Logos, team colours, sponsors and athlete names are sublimated in-house. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags start at 500 pcs and are made with bulk orders, not trial orders.
MOQ & lead time
MOQ is 30 pieces per style, with sizes mixed freely. Indicative FOB prices: singlet or tank $9–14, shorts $10–14, tee $9–13, compression shorts $10–14, sports bra $8.50–12, and a matching set $19–26. The low end applies from 300 pieces.

Is your kit HYROX-branded merchandise?
No. Our racing wear is designed for HYROX-style fitness racing and carries your branding. Blackthorn World is not affiliated with HYROX.
What is the minimum order for custom fitness racing wear?
30 pieces per style. You can mix sizes and combine several styles in one order.
Can our gym order matching race sets for men and women?
Yes. Singlets, tees, 2-in-1 shorts, compression shorts and sports bras share the same fabric and can be printed in one design.
How long does a team order take?
Bulk production takes about 2–3 weeks after you approve the pre-production sample, plus shipping by DHL, UPS, FedEx or freight.
