Blackthorn World manufactures custom school uniforms & schoolwear to order — blazers, polos, skirts, half-zips, hoodies and PE tees with embroidered crests — for schools, academies and uniform suppliers in the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, the Nordics, Italy, France, Poland, Switzerland, the rest of Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Embroidered crests, durable fabrics and graded youth sizes; every style is sampled before bulk.

Do you supply schools directly or through uniform suppliers?

Both. We make to order for schools, academy trusts and uniform suppliers, with repeat runs for new intakes.

Can I get a sample before bulk?

Yes. Every style is sampled first, and bulk production starts only after you approve fit, colour and branding.

How do I get a quote?

Do you supply teamwear suppliers, leagues and wholesale buyers?

Yes. Besides clubs and schools, we make white-label teamwear for teamwear suppliers, kit dealers and league programmes — one design in each team’s colours, neutral packaging, sorted per team, and reorders for club shops.

What is the MOQ for custom schoolwear?

The minimum order is 50 pieces per style. Kids and adult sizes can be mixed within the 50, and several styles — PE kits, polos, half-zips, hoodies, fleeces, shorts, skorts and bags — can ship together.

Do you make schoolwear with our crest and colours (OEM / private label)?

Yes. Every style is made to order in your school or house colours, Pantone matched, with your crest embroidered or printed and your own neck labels, hang tags and polybags. We work for schools directly and as a white-label maker for uniform suppliers.

What are your lead times for school uniforms?

Samples take 15–20 working days. Bulk takes 2–3 weeks after sample approval, plus shipping by air or sea — order 8–10 weeks before the start of term.
