What fabric do you use for school PE kits?
PE shirts are 160 GSM moisture-wicking polyester interlock and shorts are 150 GSM polyester, so they wash at 40°C, dry fast and keep their colour through a school year of weekly washing. Sublimated designs use the same base fabric.
Can each house get its own PE kit colour?
Yes. One design can be run in several house colourways, and the 50-piece minimum is per style, so many schools order 50 sets per house colour.
What is the MOQ for custom schoolwear?
The minimum order is 50 pieces per style. Kids and adult sizes can be mixed within the 50, and several styles — PE kits, polos, half-zips, hoodies, fleeces, shorts, skorts and bags — can ship together.
Do you make schoolwear with our crest and colours (OEM / private label)?
Yes. Every style is made to order in your school or house colours, Pantone matched, with your crest embroidered or printed and your own neck labels, hang tags and polybags. We work for schools directly and as a white-label maker for uniform suppliers.
What are your lead times for school uniforms?
Samples take 15–20 working days. Bulk takes 2–3 weeks after sample approval, plus shipping by air or sea — order 8–10 weeks before the start of term.
