How to choose a collar
The collar sets the character of a jersey. Crew and V-necks are light and quick to make, suit sublimated designs and work for soccer, netball and training wear. Grandad, polo and New Zealand collars give rugby and heritage kits a traditional look. Square and Euro necks are popular on modern football shirts. Zip collars are for warm-ups and midlayers.
- Contact sports (rugby union, rugby league, GAA): stand, grandad and flat-knit collars hold their shape in the tackle — styles 2, 11, 13, 14, 21 and 22.
- Soccer / football: crew, V-neck, square, soccer and Euro necks — styles 1, 4, 15, 16, 17 and 18.
- Reversible jerseys: banded necks — styles 7 and 12.
- Training and travel wear: full zip and quarter zip — styles 24 and 25.

Ordering by collar number
Put the chart and number on your order — for example “rugby jersey, collar 14 (grandad), contrast placket” or “hockey jersey, neckline 1 (lace-up V with insert)”. The collar colour, tipping and inside tape can all be specified. Every style is confirmed on the pre-production sample before bulk.
You can also design the jersey in the kit mockup generator: choose Rugby, Soccer or Ice Hockey and pick the collar by number. The mockup shows the nearest shape; production follows the chart.
