Club teamwear buying guide
A step-by-step guide for club secretaries, coaches and teamwear suppliers ordering a full custom club range.
In short
To order custom club teamwear, choose the items (match kit, training wear, outerwear, bags), pick the fabric, design and collar style, collect sizes, names and numbers per player, approve a pre-production sample, then place the bulk order. Blackthorn World makes complete club ranges to order and ships to clubs and suppliers in the UK, Ireland, Europe, the Nordics, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Step 1 — Decide what the club needs
Start with the match kit (shirt, shorts, socks), then add training wear (training top, quarter zip, shorts), travel and bench wear (tracksuit, rain jacket, padded coat, polo) and accessories (caps, beanies, backpacks, kit bags). Our Club Teamwear Collection Pack, Rugby Club Bundle and Football Club Bundle show typical ranges.
Step 2 — Choose design, fabric and collar
Sublimation prints any design, gradient or sponsor into the fabric and never cracks. Cut-and-sew suits classic hoops and panels. Pick the neck from our collar styles guide, or try colours and collars in the kit mockup generator.
Step 3 — Collect sizes and personalisation
Send one list with each player's size, name, number and any initials. We grade men's, women's and junior sizes from the same pattern and can bag and label each player's set.
Step 4 — Approve the sample
We make a pre-production sample so you can check fit, colours, collar and branding. Bulk starts only after you approve it.
Step 5 — Production, delivery and reorders
Samples travel by DHL, UPS or FedEx; bulk ships by air or sea, door-to-door or FOB. Patterns and artwork are saved, so a club shop can reorder the same items each season.
