One factory. Every stage under one roof.

Blackthorn World has made custom teamwear, sportswear, outerwear, workwear, fightwear, gloves and bags to order in its own factory since 1995. Design, cutting, printing, stitching, inspection and packing all happen in this building, so every order is made the same way and checked in the same place.

1. R&D

   Tech pack review, 3D mock-ups and a physical sample for approval before anything is cut.

2. Raw materials

   Fabric, thread, trims and interlining sourced against the approved spec, with GSM and composition on record.

3. Pattern making

   Graded blocks across your full size run, digitised and stored so repeat orders start from the same pattern.

4. Cutting

   Marker planning and layered cutting for consistent panel geometry and controlled fabric waste.

5. Embellishment

   Dye sublimation, embroidery, screen print, heat transfer and appliqué.

6. Stitching

   Line assembly in straight rows of machines, with seam type and stitch density set per garment.

7. Quality check

   Inline and final inspection against the approved sample: measurement, colour, print position, finishing.

8. Shipping

   Poly-bagged, cartoned and labelled to your packing list, then sent by air or sea.
