Because bags are made in the same factory as our team uniforms, fightwear and outerwear, the sublimated panels are printed on the same Mimaki and Roland printers from the same artwork files, so colours match the kit exactly. Clubs and teamwear suppliers typically add bags to a kit order to raise the order value without adding a second supplier; brands use them as the entry product in a team-store range.
Construction and quality
Bags are cut from 600D polyester, matte PU-coated polyester or Cordura-type nylon, with bar-tacked stress points, reinforced bases, padded straps and moulded hardware. Every style is sampled first; the sample is load-tested and checked for seam strength, zip run and print registration before you approve it, and bulk production follows the approved sample and a photographed pre-production piece.
