What Irish clubs and suppliers order

Gaelic wear made to your club crest and colours

Gaelic jerseys are made in polyester/spandex at 140–160 GSM and fully sublimated, so crest, sponsors, county colours and numbers are printed into the fabric and won't crack or peel. We cut them in men's, ladies' and youth fits, and goalkeeper jerseys can be ordered in the same design with a different colourway. The minimum is 10 pieces per design, and sizes can be mixed freely.

Choose a neck from our collar styles chart and mock up your colours in the kit builder before you send the brief.

Direct from the factory, or white label for your shop

We work two ways in Ireland. Clubs and schools can order directly and deal with the factory that makes the kit. Teamwear suppliers can order white label, with their own neck labels, swing tags and packaging, and resell under their brand. Patterns and artwork stay on file, so a club shop can reorder the same items next season.

Delivery and import into Ireland

Samples ship by DHL, UPS or FedEx, and bulk orders by air or sea freight. Blackthorn World is a registered exporter under the EU REX system, so qualifying teamwear can enter Ireland at reduced duty under the EU GSP+ scheme. Check the rate for your product codes with your customs broker.

Plan ahead of the season

Send your brief 8–10 weeks before you need the kit: about 2 weeks for the sample, 3–4 weeks for bulk production after you approve it, then shipping. For a full step-by-step, read our club teamwear buying guide or the how to order page.
