Made in any colours — your design
Action shooting is fast, physical and sponsor-heavy, and the shirt has to keep up. This black, red and white design uses sharp angled panels to frame the chest and sides, leaving clean space for team names, range-officer markings and the sponsor logos that keep competitive squads on the road.
We print onto a 100% polyester bird-eye mesh at around 150 GSM that wicks sweat on hot stages and dries quickly between runs. A stand-up collar with a short auto-lock zip allows fast venting, while raglan sleeves give full movement for draws, reloads and transitions. Side panels can switch to a more open mesh, and recycled polyester is available for the body.
Because the whole garment is dye sublimated, there is no limit on colours, sponsor count, names or numbers, and the print will not crack, peel or add weight. Every shooter can have an individual name on the back or sleeve at no change to the MOQ. We can also add a reinforced shoulder pad or chest pocket and finish with woven neck labels and individual polybags.
Blackthorn World prints around 7,000 sublimated garments a week in-house at our Sialkot factory, under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Design, printing, cutting and stitching are controlled in one place, so a team can reorder mid-season and get an identical match to the approved sample.

The minimum is 30 pieces per style because the jersey is fully sublimated. Sizes can be mixed and every shooter can have a different name or number without affecting that minimum.
Yes. Sublimation prints the entire design in one pass, so ten sponsors cost the same as one. Send vector logos and we place them on the chest, sleeves, shoulders and back in a free 3D mock-up.
