Made in any colours — your design
Mobile patrol officers move between vehicle, car park and building interior many times a night. This vest leans into the tactical look many patrol companies now prefer, with a black mesh core, fluorescent yellow sides and pocket fronts, and reflective tape that runs in a V from each shoulder to the zip.
Lower pockets close with flaps and twin quick-release buckles so keys, torches and phones stay put when the officer is climbing fences or getting in and out of vehicles. Upper zip pockets sit above them for notebooks and access cards. Everything is 600D Oxford polyester on a breathable mesh base, and the fluorescent panels can be developed to EN ISO 20471 with third-party testing on request. Pocket bindings are double-stitched at stress points for heavy daily use.
The shoulders carry D-rings and radio clip docks, and a stud dock on the chest accepts most body-worn cameras. Side pouches take a radio or a first aid pack. The SECURITY patch uses hook-and-loop, so the vest can switch to PATROL, RESPONSE or the company brand without new garments.
Blackthorn World manufactures from its own factory in Sialkot with ISO 9001:2015, WRAP and SMETA/Sedex in place. We hold your approved spec on file, so a reorder after six months matches the original vest in colour, tape placement and pocket size.
