About the Chocolate 300gsm Boxy Blank Tee

We use 100% combed cotton single jersey at 300 gsm, compact-finished to reduce twisting and shrinkage. Organic cotton is available for brands with sustainability targets. The cut is boxy with a dropped shoulder, wide sleeve and slightly shortened body. A thick 1x1 rib neck holds its curve after washing, shoulder seams are taped and reinforced, and hems are twin-needle stitched.
With no exterior branding, the tee is ready for your own artwork. We can screen print with plastisol or water-based inks, add puff or discharge prints, embroider, or apply DTF and silicone transfers. Choose a printed tagless neck label or a woven label, plus custom hangtags and polybags for retail. Garment dyeing and enzyme washing are available for a faded vintage tone, and matching shorts or hoodies can be cut from coordinated fabric lots.
