Colours Claret and gold as shown — or any colours in your design
Claret and gold is one of the oldest colour pairings in club sport, and this duffel carries it well. The body is deep claret, gold triangular insets frame a wide zipped front pocket, and gold piping runs along the edges. The shoulder strap has a padded claret pad edged in gold, and twin carry handles meet at a wrapped grip.
Rugby league, rugby union and football clubs with heritage colours are the natural buyers, along with schools that issue house bags to senior pupils. A college sports department might order 80 bags for a touring side, each embroidered with crest and tour year on the end panel.
The bag is cut from 600D polyester with a PU coating and has approx. 50–55 L of space. A wide U-shaped zip opens the main compartment fully, the front pocket takes a wash bag or tablet, and end pockets handle small items. Heavy-duty coil zips are used throughout, and stress points are bar-tacked.
Decoration is fully open. We embroider crests, screen print sponsors and apply rubber patches; the gold accents can become silver, white or any second colour. Woven care labels and custom swing tags are possible on bulk runs of 500 pieces or more, which suits dealers selling the bag through an online or physical club shop.
Production happens in our own factory with in-house cutting, stitching and embroidery, checked under ISO 9001:2015 procedures. A paid sample is ready in 15–20 working days and credited against the first bulk order. Bulk follows within 2–3 weeks of approval, with 50% deposit and the balance before dispatch.

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch and we dye-match the polyester and webbing as closely as possible. The match is confirmed on the paid sample before bulk, so you see the real colour, not just a screen version, before committing.

Yes. Retailers and teamwear dealers can order the duffel under their own brand with woven labels, branded zip pullers and swing tags. Private labels and swing tags carry a 500-piece MOQ and are only produced with bulk orders, not trial runs.
Report any defect within 14 days of delivery with photos or video. We inspect the evidence and then either remake the affected bags in the next production run or issue a credit note against your next order.
