Bright orange top panels and a charcoal body make this duffel easy to find among grey equipment in a van or site cabin. Orange piping lines the front zip pocket, the black webbing handles join with a wrap, and a padded shoulder strap clips onto both ends.
It is designed as a daily carry for personal protective equipment: helmet, gloves, ear defenders, a change of workwear and boots fit inside the main compartment, which opens along a long top zip. The charcoal base is made from a heavier coated fabric to cope with wet ground and concrete. Approx. capacity is 40–55 L.
Standard construction is 600D/900D polyester with a PU coating, heavy-duty coil zips and a reinforced base; we can upgrade to 1200D or 1680D for heavy industrial users. Reflective tape trims can be added along the top panels if your customers work near traffic. Indicative FOB pricing: $15.00–$17.00 for 50–99 pcs, $12.00–$15.00 for 100–499, $9.00–$12.00 for 500+.
A scaffolding or electrical contractor in Australia or New Zealand might issue one to every new starter, with the company logo screen printed in white on the front pocket and the trade name embroidered on the end. Orange can be swapped for yellow, red or your brand colour without changing the price tier.
Logos can be embroidered, screen printed, heat transferred or applied as a rubber PVC patch. Sizes and colours can be mixed within the 50-piece MOQ. Custom woven labels and swing tags are available with bulk orders of 500 pieces or more, not on trial quantities.
Our own factory produces each bag under ISO 9001:2015 quality control. You receive a free 3D mock-up, then a paid sample within 15–20 working days that is credited against the first bulk order. At approx. 40–55 L it takes a safety helmet, gloves, ear and eye protection, a change of workwear and a pair of safety boots. The heavier base keeps contents dry when the bag is set down on wet ground.
Yes. We can sew reflective tape along the top panels, the ends or the front pocket. It improves visibility around vehicles and plant. Tell us the tape width and position at quote and we will show it on the 3D mock-up.
After mock-up approval, the paid sample takes 15–20 working days and is credited to your first bulk order. After the sample is signed off, bulk is produced in 2–3 weeks; large orders get a confirmed date at quote.
The MOQ is 50 pieces per style, with colours mixable inside that quantity. Indicative FOB pricing is $15.00–$17.00 for 50–99, $12.00–$15.00 for 100–499 and $9.00–$12.00 for 500 pieces or more.
