Fight teams travelling to tournaments carry a lot: gloves, pads, shin guards, gis and spare clothing. Fight Camp Cobalt rolls all of it on two inline wheels, with a telescopic handle that extends from the back. The body is cobalt blue with grey end panels, a large grey perforated vent panel on the front and the end, black handles and a padded shoulder strap.
Construction uses 600D/900D polyester with a PU coating over a firm base board, so the bag keeps its shape when loaded. Perforated vent panels let sweaty gear breathe on the journey home. Heavy-duty coil zips close the main compartment, and the corners are protected with moulded skid guards. Capacity is approx. 80–90 L.
Promoters and fight teams order this bag for travelling squads, with the team name across the front and each fighter's name on the end. Gyms with a large competition team often order 50–100 pieces so every athlete travels in matching kit. Matching bags also make a strong impression in tournament photos and on social media.
Cobalt and grey can change to any team colours. We embroider crests, apply rubber patches, screen print sponsors or heat-transfer names. Swing tags and woven labels can be added for retail on bulk runs of 500 pieces or more. A reflective strip can be added on the end panels for visibility in dim car parks and arrival halls.
Our own factory handles cutting, stitching and assembly, with ISO 9001:2015 inspection of wheels, handle mechanism and seams. A free 3D mock-up comes first; the paid sample takes 15–20 working days and is credited against bulk. Bulk production takes 2–3 weeks after sample approval, confirmed at quote for larger runs.

The bag uses inline polyurethane wheels and an aluminium telescopic handle, both checked during our ISO 9001:2015 inspection. Each sample is load-tested before bulk approval. If any wheel or handle fails within 14 days of delivery, report it with photos for remake or credit.
Yes. We heat-transfer or embroider names on the end panel or the front, and pack each bag individually labelled. This is popular for teams travelling to international tournaments where luggage needs to be easy to identify.
At approx. 80–90 L it fits most airline checked-luggage size limits, but weight allowances vary by carrier. If your team flies a specific airline, send us the size limit and we can adjust dimensions before sampling.
