About the Fluorescent Yellow Hi-Vis Security Vest
Security and stewarding teams need their hands free and their kit within reach, so this vest is built as a working platform rather than a simple bib. The front zip opens fully, and the lower front carries several bellow and flap pockets for notebooks, torches, gloves and phones. Each pocket closes with a flap or bellows so contents stay put when the wearer is moving quickly through a crowd.
Black radio clips sit on both shoulders, with a mic loop on the left chest and a clear ID pocket on the right. Silver retro-reflective tape, 5 cm wide, runs as braces over the shoulders and as horizontal bands at chest height and around the hem. Three adjustable straps on each side tighten the fit over jackets.
The body is fluorescent yellow 100% polyester knitted mesh of approx. 120 GSM, so air moves through it on long shifts. Pockets are made from 600D polyester oxford for abrasion resistance, and all edges are finished with black binding. The vest can be built to EN ISO 20471 Class 2 or ANSI/ISEA 107 with certified tape, test report on request.
The plain upper-back panel is ready for SECURITY, STEWARD, EVENT STAFF or your company name, applied by screen print or reflective heat transfer. A company logo can be embroidered on the chest. Private care labels and swing tags are available on bulk orders from 500 pieces. Wording and logo placement are shown on a mock-up before sampling.
Production is in our own factory, with cutting, stitching and embroidery in-house under ISO 9001:2015 quality control. Paid samples take 15–20 working days and are credited against bulk; bulk ships 2–3 weeks after approval. Tentative FOB pricing runs from $13.00–$15.00 at 50–99 pieces down to $9.00–$11.00 at 500+.

The vest can be built to EN ISO 20471 Class 2 or ANSI/ISEA 107 using certified retro-reflective tape, and a test report is available on request. Tell us which standard you need at quote stage so the tape, background area and labelling are specified correctly.
Can you print SECURITY or STEWARD on the back of hi-vis vests?
Yes. We apply SECURITY, STEWARD, EVENT STAFF or your company name on the upper back panel by screen print or reflective heat transfer, and can embroider a logo on the chest. Each wording or logo set counts as one design.
