Made in any colours — your design
Forest green diamond quilting, a tan corduroy collar and antique brass zip give this gilet the heritage country look riders wear from the yard to the pub. It suits equestrian brands, country clothing stores and estate outfitters building a private label outerwear line.
The shell is a 290T polyester with a peach-touch finish and water-repellent coating, filled with 100 GSM polyester wadding and stitched in a classic diamond pattern. A two-way front zip opens from the hem for comfort in the saddle, while corduroy-trimmed welt pockets and a shaped waist keep the outline neat. A recycled polyester shell and fill can be specified.
Your logo can be embroidered in cream or gold thread on the chest, and we can change the quilt size, collar fabric, zip finish and lining colour. Optional extras include an inner phone pocket, branded zip pullers, woven neck labels and garment bags for premium retail.
Padded outerwear needs careful quilting and pattern grading, which our Sialkot team handles in-house under ISO 9001:2015 checks. We also hold ISO 14001 for environmental management. A paid sample is made in 7–14 days and credited against bulk, and production completes 3–5 weeks after approval.

Yes. We can produce diamond, channel or onion quilting, and adjust the quilt size. Your choice is shown on a free 3D mock-up before the paid sample. Corduroy colours can also be changed.
The shell has a water-repellent coating that sheds light rain. For fully waterproof outerwear we recommend our riding coats with taped seams and a waterproof membrane. A packable insulated lining is also possible.
