About the Gold Ornate Muay Thai Shorts
Original gold and ivory linework curls across a black satin body, giving this Muay Thai short the ceremonial look fighters expect on fight night. It is aimed at Muay Thai camps, kickboxing promotions and fightwear brands building a premium line.
We cut it from a lightweight satin-finish polyester of about 120 GSM that dries quickly and catches the ring lights. The broad elastic waistband is ruched in four rows for a secure hold, while the high split leg and contrast binding allow full knee strikes and teeps. Seams are overlocked and double-needle topstitched for durability.
Sublimation lets us print ornate detail, gradients and your camp name without any weight from inks or appliqué. You can also choose embroidered or woven waistband panels, side text, tape trims and custom drawcords. Packaging includes woven labels, hangtags and individual polybags, with gift boxes available for retail.
All work happens inside our Sialkot facility, from artwork preparation to final inspection, under ISO 9001:2015 quality management. You see a free 3D mock-up first, then a paid sample in 7–14 days, credited against bulk. Production runs take 3–5 weeks after approval and repeat orders match the original colour standard.
Camps that sell to tourists and fight fans can also order a lighter, shorter retail version alongside the full competition cut. Both can share the same ornate artwork, giving a camp shop two price points from a single design file.

What is the MOQ for custom Muay Thai shorts?
You can order 30 pieces per style. Sizes and colourways can be mixed inside that quantity, so a camp can order youth and adult sizes together in the same design.
Are these shorts printed or embroidered?
The full design is dye sublimated, which keeps the shorts light and the detail sharp. If you prefer a traditional look, we can add embroidered waistband panels or appliqué text on top of the sublimated base.
Can I order Muay Thai shorts with my gym name on the waist?
Yes. Gym names, fighter names and sponsor logos can be printed or embroidered on the waistband and side panels. Placement is approved on a free 3D mock-up before sampling. Individual fighter names can be added per piece.
