Made in any colours — your design
Bowls greens reward a sharp, uniform look, and this polo delivers it: a crisp white body framed by navy raglan sleeves and sweeping gold piping that follows the side seams down to the hem. It reads as traditional from across the rink while still feeling modern up close, which is exactly what pennant sides and club committees ask for.
We build it from a 160–180 GSM polyester bird's-eye pique with a soft hand and fast moisture wicking, so players stay comfortable through long afternoon fixtures. A three-button placket, a knitted or self-fabric collar and twin-needle hems keep the shape after repeated washing. Clubs that want a lower footprint can specify recycled polyester pique made from post-consumer bottles.
Every panel is dye sublimated, so your club crest, sponsor logos, player names and division colours become part of the fabric and will not crack or peel. Embroidered crests on the chest, custom woven neck labels, printed care labels and individual polybags are all available, and our design team supplies a free 3D mock-up before anything is cut.
Blackthorn World has manufactured sportswear since 1995 and runs sublimation, printing, embroidery and stitching under one roof, producing around 7,000 sublimation prints a week. Our minimum is 30 pieces per style for sublimated bowls polos. You can split that quantity across men's and women's fits and every size from XS to 5XL, so a single club order rarely needs to be padded out.
Yes. Send Pantone references or a previous shirt and we colour-match during sublimation. The paid development sample lets you approve the exact navy, gold or any other shade before bulk production starts, and the sample fee is credited back.
We ship to both countries regularly by DHL, UPS and FedEx, and by sea freight for larger association orders. Bulk production takes 3–5 weeks after sample approval, plus transit time to your club.
A 160–180 GSM polyester pique is the usual choice because it breathes, wicks sweat and holds sublimated colour well. Clubs with a sustainability policy can switch to recycled polyester pique without changing the look.
