Made in any colours — your design
Ultimate teams have always treated their jerseys as part of the culture, and bold graphic designs are the norm on the line. This starburst radiates navy, orange and sky blue rays from the left hip across the body, a retro-meets-modern look that stands out in team photos and on livestreams.
We print it on a 100% polyester performance knit of around 140 GSM with a fine mesh texture, light enough for full-pitch sprints and layouts yet tough enough for turf. A ribbed navy crew neck, set-in sleeves and a straight hem give a classic athletic fit, with women's, men's and youth patterns all available. Recycled polyester fabric is offered for teams with sustainability goals.
Names and numbers for every player print at no extra cost, in the same pass as the main design, so there is nothing to peel or crack. Light and dark reversible versions, matching shorts and sublimated sideline layers can be added to build a full club package for training and competition. We supply individual polybags labelled by player, so the captain can hand out the order in minutes.
Blackthorn World has manufactured sportswear in Sialkot since 1995. Our in-house sublimation prints around 7,000 garments a week, and our ISO 9001:2015 quality system means a team ordering again next season receives the same colours and sizing as the first run.

Yes. We produce reversible jerseys with a light and a dark side, both fully sublimated and joined so the seams sit cleanly. Reversible styles keep the same 30 piece minimum and are priced on quotation.
