Guards walking car parks, campuses and transit stations at night need a bag that is smart enough for front-of-house and visible enough near traffic. This navy pack does both: reflective piping outlines the front pockets, while black MOLLE strips across the lower pocket carry torches, radios or first-aid pouches.
At the top of the front, a navy hook-and-loop panel takes a company patch, so one bag style can serve several contracts with different badges. Two zipped front pockets, a large twin-zip main compartment, side compression buckles and padded shoulder straps complete the layout. Approx. capacity is 30–40 L, with an internal sleeve for a tablet or patrol logbook and an organiser panel for pens, keys and a phone.
We build it from 900D/1000D polyester or nylon with a PU coating, available from 600D to 1680D. Reflective piping is sewn into the seams, not printed, so it lasts through daily use and repeated wiping down. Indicative FOB pricing: $23.00–$26.00 for 50–99 pcs, $18.00–$23.00 for 100–499, $14.00–$18.00 for 500+.
Customisation covers the navy body colour, piping colour, patch artwork and placement, plus embroidery, screen print or heat transfer of the company name. Sizes and colours can be mixed within the 50-piece MOQ, and guard services often order a black version for supervisors. Site names or officer numbers can be added to small embroidered tabs, which helps when bags are stored together in a control room.
The bag is cut and sewn in our own factory with ISO 9001:2015 quality control. We supply a free 3D mock-up before sampling; the paid sample takes 15–20 working days and is credited against the first bulk order, with bulk 2–3 weeks after approval.

No certification is claimed for this bag. The reflective piping is sewn into the seams to improve visibility in low light. If a contract specifies a particular reflective material, tell us at quote and we will discuss options and costs.
Yes. The front hook-and-loop panel lets you swap patches, so one bag style can serve several sites. We can produce the embroidered or rubber PVC patches alongside the bags in the same order.
Report it within 14 days of delivery with photos or video. We inspect the evidence and then remake the affected pieces or issue a credit note against your next order. Payment terms are 50% deposit and 50% before shipping.
