Flowing sky-blue and white lines wind across a navy body on this jersey like contours on a sea chart. Sky-blue side panels run down from the underarm, edged with white piping, and the navy collar sits over a white neck insert. Fine topographic lines fill the space around the waves. From the stands, the light lines stand out clearly against the dark base, so numbers and crests in white stay readable.
Schools often order this design for first XV and junior teams together. The minimum of 50 pieces per design can include youth 6–16 yrs and adult S–5XL in any mix, so a single order covers several year groups. Underneath the print is a 100% polyester rugby knit of about 260–280 GSM. Reinforced twin-needle seams handle the pulling and grabbing of contact play, and the woven-look collar keeps its shape after many washes. Raglan sleeves give extra reach for lineout lifting and passing.
Sublimation means the school crest, house colours, names and numbers are part of the fabric and cannot peel. An embroidered crest is also available. For bulk orders over 500 pieces, private neck labels, care labels and swing tags can be added. House colours can be shown as a sleeve band so pupils see their house within the team jersey.
Production happens in our own factory, with ISO 9001:2015 quality checks on print, cut and stitch. After a free 3D mock-up, a paid sample takes 15–20 working days and its cost is credited to bulk. Bulk orders are finished 2–3 weeks after sample approval. We can pack each jersey with a size and name sticker, which saves time when schools hand out kit.

Yes. Schools can order the Ocean Contour Rugby Jersey from 50 pieces per design, mixing youth 6–16 yrs and adult sizes. The school crest, names and numbers are sublimated in, and an embroidered crest is optional.
No. The design is dye sublimated, so the ink becomes part of the polyester fibre rather than a layer on top. It will not crack or peel. Wash cold and inside out, and line dry for the longest colour life.
A paid sample takes 15–20 working days after you approve a free 3D mock-up, with the sample cost credited to bulk. Bulk production is 2–3 weeks after sample approval, plus transit time by air or sea.
