About the Olive Shell Vest & Wader Belt Set

Solid olive covers the vest and belt, with a rear pouch for gloves, calls or a light jacket. Shell loops sit on the front of the vest, and the mesh back keeps it cool under a pack. The wader belt matches in olive and holds a row of shells at the hip. The look is plain and practical, which suits brand logos.

On request, the vest body can be built in recycled polyester while keeping the same weight and construction. We describe the fabric exactly as it is and do not claim a certification, so your tags and product pages stay accurate. Webbing and mesh are quoted per component.

Most brands test the recycled version as its own SKU first. A 50-set trial lets you check feel, color and cost against the standard 600D polyester before committing to bulk. If it works, the same pattern goes into your bulk order.

How ordering works

Open with a trial of 50 sets and a 50% deposit. Our pre-production sample photos or video come next for approval; bulk is finished in about 2–3 weeks. You pay the remaining half when it is packed.

Made by Blackthorn World at its Sialkot facility, which runs over 200 stitching machines with its own embroidery, printing and sublimation and holds ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS standing.

Make it yours

Add a tonal olive or black embroidery, a rubber badge on the pouch, or printed lettering on the belt. Branded neck labels, care labels and swing tags carry a 500 pcs MOQ and are produced only with bulk orders; trials ship with standard labels.
