Pitlane Bordeaux uses deep maroon mesh with cream TPR guards over the knuckles and finger joints, edged in black. A cream logo sits on the maroon cuff, and the palm is black synthetic suede with maroon stitching and maroon finger sidewalls. It has a slightly classic, premium feel compared with fluorescent race colours.
Boutique moto brands use maroon and cream to tie gloves to heritage jackets, café racer gear or a premium off-road line. A UK lifestyle brand, for example, could launch it under its own label with an embroidered cuff logo, then add a second colourway later as another 100-pair style. Maroon also pairs well with olive, navy and black riding jackets, so the glove works across seasons.
Construction follows our mid-weight armoured pattern: polyester and spandex mesh back, moulded TPR guards on the knuckles and the first two finger joints, and a 0.8–1.0 mm synthetic suede palm padded through the heel. Fingertips carry silicone grip, and the cuff closes with a hook-and-loop strap.
For private label buyers we can add printed inner labels and branded swing tags on bulk orders of 500 pieces or more; smaller trial runs carry the branding on the glove itself. A free 3D mock-up comes before the paid sample, which takes 15–20 working days and is credited against bulk.
Tentative FOB prices: $10.50–$12.00 per pair at 100–499 pairs, $8.50–$10.50 at 500–999, and $7.00–$8.50 at 1,000+, confirmed at quote. After the sample is approved, allow 2–3 weeks for bulk. Defects reported within 14 days with photos or video are inspected, then remade or credited.
We ship to the UK, Italy, Germany and Japan by DHL, UPS or FedEx, with sea freight for larger orders. The TPR guards are impact padding only. Yes. Pitlane Bordeaux can be made under your label from 100 pairs per style, with your logo on the cuff and back. Branded swing tags and inner labels are added once you reach bulk orders of 500 pieces or more.
Yes. The TPR guards can be moulded in black, grey, tan or a colour matched to your brand, and the maroon mesh can be changed too. We confirm the combination on a free 3D mock-up before sampling.
Wash by hand in cool water with mild soap, rinse well and air dry away from heaters. Do not tumble dry, as heat can stiffen the suede palm and affect the bond around the TPR guards.
Yes. We send samples and small orders to Italy and Germany by express courier, and larger distributor orders by sea freight. Freight costs are listed on the quote apart from the glove price.
