Made in any colours — your design
Not every rider wants red or blue. This jersey leans into an ultraviolet purple and aqua teal palette over a black base, with brushed paint splatter that crosses over neatly into lifestyle and streetwear collections. It has proved popular for women's lines and youth ranges looking for something fresh on the start gate.
The body is a lightweight 130–150 GSM polyester mesh-knit that dries fast and lets heat escape, reinforced at the elbows for durability where riders take the most abuse. A soft rib V-neck, long raglan sleeves and stretch cuffs give a clean fit over body armour, while the longer back hem stays tucked into the pants. Recycled polyester is available on request.
We sublimate the full garment, so you can re-colour the splatter, add sponsor panels on the sleeves, print riders' names across the shoulders and drop large numbers on the back. OEM clients can add custom neck tape, printed or woven labels, swing tags and retail packaging that matches the rest of their range.
Blackthorn World controls design, sublimation, cutting, stitching and final inspection inside its Sialkot facility. Being ISO 9001:2015 certified and audited under SMETA/Sedex, we provide traceable, ethical production, and every new style starts with a free 3D mock-up and a paid sample credited against bulk.

Yes. We cut dedicated women's and youth patterns in addition to men's race fit, and all three can be mixed inside the 30-piece minimum per style. Sizes run from youth XS up to adult 5XL.
Every colour on this jersey can be changed because it is fully sublimated. Send Pantone references or your brand palette and we will show the new colourway on a free 3D mock-up before sampling.
Yes, we ship to Scandinavia regularly by express courier with all export documents prepared. Larger seasonal orders can be consolidated by sea freight to lower the landed cost per piece.
A development sample takes 7–14 days. After you approve it, bulk production runs 3–5 weeks, and express courier delivery to Europe or North America usually adds less than a week.
