Made in any colours — your design
Walk-on music, stage lights and a camera tracking every throw: a player shirt has to look sharp from the first dart to the last. The Red Strike pairs a black body with angular red and white blades that sweep from the shoulders to the hem, giving players and their sponsors a bold, broadcast-friendly silhouette.
We cut it from a 150 GSM polyester micro-mesh with a fine bird's-eye texture that wicks sweat under hot venue lighting. Raglan sleeves free up the throwing arm, the stand collar holds its shape, and a short 15 cm zip lets players vent between legs. Flatlock seams keep the inside smooth against the skin.
Every panel is dye sublimated, so player nicknames, flags, sponsor logos on both sleeves and a back name bar cost nothing extra and will not crack or peel. Prefer texture? Add a silicone heat-transfer chest badge or embroidered collar detail. Colours are matched to your Pantone references and the free 3D mock-up arrives before you commit.
Blackthorn has made sportswear since 1995 under ISO 9001:2015 quality control, with sublimation, printing and stitching handled on one site. A paid development sample comes first and is credited against bulk, and repeat runs are reprinted from the same colour profile so a player's tenth batch matches the first.

Yes. Because the Red Strike is fully sublimated, logos can sit on the chest, both sleeves, the collar and the back at no extra cost. The ink becomes part of the fabric, so it will not crack after repeated washing.
A paid sample takes 7 to 14 days. Once you approve it, bulk production runs 3 to 5 weeks, plus courier transit. Plan around tournament dates and tell us your deadline when you request a quote.
Yes. We send to more than 150 countries by DHL, UPS and FedEx, and the Netherlands and Germany are regular destinations. Larger brand orders can move by air or sea freight through our forwarding partners.
