Drilling floors, pipe yards and road crews often standardise on orange, and Roughneck Orange is built for that colour code. The shell is hi-vis orange with ribbed black TPR guards on every finger and knuckle, a charcoal panel across the back with an orange logo, and a charcoal hook-and-loop cuff tab printed with the logo mark.
For a wholesale buyer the appeal is a dependable winter glove at a trade price that leaves room for margin. At 1,000+ pairs the indicative FOB price is $7.00–$9.00; 500–999 pairs sit at $9.00–$11.50, and 100–499 pairs at $11.50–$13.00. Every figure is tentative until we quote.
Under the shell sits approx. 100 g/m² synthetic insulation and a waterproof breathable insert. The palm is grey synthetic leather with darker reinforcement over the thumb crotch, palm and fingertips, sewn with orange stitching. The cuff is elasticated orange fabric with a short strap, so it slides under a jacket sleeve. Black binding around the cuff stops the edge fraying.
A Canadian or Texan oilfield supply house could order it with its own logo embossed on the cuff, while an Australian civil contractor might add reflective trim for night work. The glove is not sold as certified; it can be developed to EN 388 / ANSI impact testing on request, test reports at buyer's cost.
Production runs in our own factory with in-house cutting and stitching and ISO 9001:2015 inspection. A free 3D mock-up is followed by a paid sample in 15–20 working days, credited on bulk. Bulk is ready 2–3 weeks after you approve the sample, and payment is 50% deposit with the balance before dispatch.

Yes, on request. Roughneck Orange is not sold as certified, but it can be developed to EN 388 / ANSI impact testing, with test reports at the buyer's cost. We agree the target levels and materials before sampling.
They include a waterproof breathable insert between the shell and lining, which keeps hands dry in rain and when handling wet materials. Water can still enter over the cuff if the glove is submerged, so it is not a dipping glove.
We take a 50% deposit when the order is confirmed and the remaining 50% when it is finished and ready to ship. The paid sample is invoiced separately and its cost is credited against your first bulk order.
