Waxed canvas ages the way hunters like their gear to age: it darkens, creases and gains a mottled patina with use. The Saddle Wax duffel is built around that look, with a tan-brown waxed cotton body, a dark brown base band and dark brown webbing handles stitched with contrast cross-box tacks.
It is a traditional weekender shape with a long top zip, a carry wrap around the handles and a padded shoulder strap with a waxed canvas pad on swivel clips. Inside there is room for a weekend of clothing, boots in a separate bag and a few accessories. Approx. capacity is 40–50 L.
The body is waxed cotton canvas, and the base can be 600D polyester or a heavier denier up to 1680D for wear. Hardware is dark metal-finish, and heavy-duty zips are used throughout. Because waxed canvas costs more than polyester, the price tiers are higher: indicative FOB $27.00–$30.00 for 50–99 pcs, $22.00–$27.00 for 100–499 and $18.00–$22.00 for 500+.
Shooting estates and game lodges in the UK and Sweden often stock bags like this in their shops, embroidered with the estate crest in cream or tan thread. Heritage brands in the USA and Canada sell them alongside wool and tweed outerwear as a gift item.
Customisation includes canvas colour (tan, olive, dark brown), base and webbing colour, interior lining and logo method: embroidery, leather-look patch, rubber PVC patch, screen print or heat transfer. The 50-piece MOQ can include more than one canvas colour. Woven labels and swing tags are made only with bulk orders of 500 pieces or more.
Production is in our own factory with ISO 9001:2015 quality control. A free 3D mock-up comes first, then a paid sample in 15–20 working days that is credited to bulk; bulk follows 2–3 weeks after approval. We ship to the UK, Sweden, the USA and Canada. Brush off dried mud and wipe with a damp cloth; do not machine wash or use detergent, as it strips the wax. Over time the canvas can be re-waxed with a fabric wax bar to restore water resistance. We can print care instructions on a label.

Yes. Estate crests are usually embroidered in cream or tan thread on the front, or applied as a leather-look patch. We show the placement on a free 3D mock-up before the paid sample is made.
