About the Timberline Gauntlet Winter Gloves
Timberline Gauntlet is the longest glove in this group. A quilted forest green gauntlet reaches well over the jacket sleeve and closes with a toggle drawcord, while a black hook-and-loop strap tightens the wrist. Moulded black TPR guards cover the knuckles and each finger, with a large back-of-hand plate carrying a green logo.
Snowmobile and winter ATV riders are the main users, along with forestry crews and hunters on sleds. A Finnish or Swedish powersports brand could add it to a winter range in green, black or camouflage-free grey. A Canadian snowmobile dealer might sell it beside heated jackets as a mid-price glove.
The shell is polyester taslan with a DWR finish, over a waterproof breathable insert and approx. 100–150 g/m² synthetic insulation, lined with fleece. The palm is black synthetic leather with textured grip panels and reinforced thumb and fingers. These materials suit wind, snow and handlebar vibration. The fingers are pre-curved so the hand rests naturally on handlebars and throttle levers.
The TPR guards are for knocks from branches and handlebars; the glove carries no protective certification. Your logo can be printed, embroidered or moulded in silicone, and the green shell can be changed to any colour. We send a free 3D mock-up, then a paid sample in 15–20 working days.
Indicative FOB per pair: $12.50–$14.00 for 100–499 pairs, $10.00–$12.50 for 500–999, and $8.00–$10.00 for 1,000+, confirmed in your quote. The sample cost is credited against bulk, and bulk is ready 2–3 weeks after approval. Terms are a 50% deposit, then 50% before the cartons leave.
We ship Timberline Gauntlet to Finland, Sweden, Canada and Japan by DHL, UPS or FedEx, or by sea for winter stock. Plan early: we suggest starting samples by late summer for a winter launch. Winter range enquiries go to sales@blackthorn-textile.com or WhatsApp +92 332 832 8802. Include your size split, adult and junior, in the first enquiry.

Frequently asked questions
Who makes snowmobile gloves for private label brands?
Blackthorn World manufactures Timberline Gauntlet and other insulated winter gloves for powersports and outdoor brands. Orders start at 100 pairs per style, with your logo and colours, and junior sizes can be included.
How warm is the Timberline Gauntlet glove?
It uses approx. 100–150 g/m² synthetic insulation, a fleece lining and a waterproof breathable insert, under a DWR-finished taslan shell. That suits snowmobile and winter ATV riding in sub-zero conditions, especially with the long gauntlet sealing the jacket gap.
When should I order winter gloves for the season?
Start sampling by late summer. The paid sample takes 15–20 working days, bulk follows 2–3 weeks after approval, and sea freight adds several weeks. Ordering early leaves time to adjust colours or sizes before winter stock lands.
Do the TPR guards meet a protective standard?
No certification is claimed. The moulded TPR guards help with knocks from branches and handlebars, but the glove is sold as an insulated winter glove for riding and outdoor work, not as certified protective equipment.
