About the Washed Charcoal Boxy Blank Crewneck
A heavyweight crewneck is the quiet workhorse of any streetwear or athleisure range, selling year-round and layering under jackets. This washed charcoal blank gives you a vintage-faded base that looks premium before a single logo goes on.
The fabric is 450 gsm brushed-back fleece, around 80/20 cotton/polyester, garment washed for a soft hand and a mottled charcoal tone. Organic cotton and recycled polyester blends are available on request. We cut it to a boxy, slightly cropped block with dropped shoulders. A ribbed V-insert at the neck, substantial 2x2 rib collar, cuffs and waistband, and twin-needle seams finish the piece.
Nothing is printed or stitched on the outside, which makes it a clean canvas for private label brands, print shops and corporate merch teams. When you want us to decorate, we offer screen print, puff print, embroidery, silicone transfers and woven patches. Neck labels, size tabs, hangtags and polybags are produced to your brand file.
