Made in any colours — your design
When both teams arrive in dark colours, a crisp white away jersey solves the clash instantly. The White Shard keeps the white clean across the chest while red and charcoal geometric shards fracture diagonally from shoulder to hem, finished with a bold red V-neck and matching cuffs.
We build it from a 145 GSM polyester interlock with a high-opacity white base and a fine textured weave visible on the shards. Raglan sleeves give a free swing, the V-neck is double-layered for shape, and coverstitched hems lie flat under bibs and pinnies.
Brands and clubs can sublimate crests, sponsor panels and numbers in any colour, or recolour the shards to match the home kit. Tournament organisers often add the event name and year, turning the away jersey into a keepsake for visiting teams.
As a factory-direct OEM manufacturer since 1995, Blackthorn controls the whole process in Sialkot, from colour matching to final packing. Production follows ISO 9001:2015, our facility is SMETA/Sedex audited, and a paid sample credited against bulk confirms every detail before the run.
Clubs also use this design for pre-match warm-up shirts, with numbers removed and a training sponsor added. Matching shorts and socks in white or charcoal can be produced from the same order to keep the whole team aligned, and a goalkeeper top in solid red completes the away set.

Most leagues require a contrasting set when colours clash. A white away jersey that echoes your home design is the simplest solution, and we can produce both from the same artwork.
We use a high-opacity white interlock so it does not show through. Sublimated colours are locked into the fibre, and washing at 40°C inside out keeps the white bright. Avoid bleach, which can yellow polyester over time.
Yes. Event names, years and host-city graphics can be sublimated alongside crests and numbers at no extra print cost, making jerseys a lasting souvenir. Visiting teams often buy extra jerseys as souvenirs for their supporters.
