Sled pushes, rope pulls, tyre flips and rig work are rough on the back of the hand. Acid Sled answers with moulded TPR guards across the knuckles and finger joints, set on a charcoal air-mesh back. Lime green piping runs along each finger and the thumb, and a lime vent detail sits on the black wrist strap. The guards are flexible enough to let the hand close fully around a pull-up bar.
The palm is black synthetic leather, 1.0–1.2 mm, with a pebbled grip texture over foam padding and lime contrast stitching. Fingers are fully covered, which keeps skin away from rough ropes and outdoor kit. The short hook-and-loop wrist closure keeps the glove secure without the bulk of a full wrap.
For wholesale buyers, pricing is indicative FOB: $8.00–$9.50 per pair at 100–499 pairs, $6.50–$8.00 at 500–999 and $5.00–$6.50 at 1,000+. Obstacle-race organisers and bootcamp franchises often order at the higher tiers because one glove serves many members.
Branding sits on the wrist strap as a printed, embossed or rubber patch logo, and the lime accents can switch to any brand colour. Some buyers also add a small logo on the knuckle guard itself, which we quote after reviewing the artwork. Private care labels and swing tags are available on bulk runs of 500 pieces.
All cutting, moulding attachment and stitching happen in our own factory with ISO 9001:2015 quality checks. Expect a paid sample in 15–20 working days, credited against your first bulk order, and bulk delivery 2–3 weeks after you approve the sample. If a pair arrives faulty, photos sent within 14 days lead to inspection and a remake or credit note.

Blackthorn World makes Acid Sled in our own factory and sells it wholesale from 100 pairs per style. Prices fall at 500 and 1,000 pairs. We add your logo to the wrist strap and can change the lime accents to your brand colour.
TPR guards add a moulded layer over the knuckles and finger joints that helps against scrapes on walls, ropes and rigs. They are not certified impact protection, but they make a practical difference for outdoor training, sled work and obstacle events.
A paid sample is ready in 15–20 working days, and its cost is credited against your first bulk order. Bulk production takes 2–3 weeks after sample approval. Shipping time then depends on whether you choose air courier or sea freight.
A small logo can be moulded or printed on the main knuckle guard, but it adds tooling or setup, so we quote it after reviewing your artwork. Most buyers keep the main logo on the wrist strap, which has no extra setup.
