Copper Forge is the most armoured of our training gloves. Orange-trimmed TPR guards sit over each finger joint and across the knuckles, the back combines grey and black panels with an orange side insert, and a black wrist strap carries a moulded orange tab. A white logo sits on the black hand panel. It suits members who train outdoors or handle rough equipment every session.
Grip is the focus underneath. The 1.0–1.2 mm black synthetic leather palm has a raised honeycomb texture across the palm and fingers, stitched with orange thread over foam padding. It holds well on atlas stones, logs, kettlebells and rig bars, even when hands are chalked.
Every glove is cut and stitched in our own factory under ISO 9001:2015 controls. A paid sample takes 15–20 working days and is credited to your first bulk order. Once you approve the sample, bulk is ready in 2–3 weeks, with large or technical orders confirmed at quote.
Custom options include switching orange to your gym colour, a rubber patch or embossed logo on the wrist strap, and printed text on the back panel. Strongman and functional fitness gyms often add their box name on the side of the hand so members can spot their own pair.
Pricing is indicative FOB USD: $8.00–$9.50 per pair for 100–499 pairs, $6.50–$8.00 for 500–999, and $5.00–$6.50 for 1,000+. Sizes XS–2XL in unisex and women's fits can be mixed within the minimum of 100 pairs per style. Larger gyms often split one order between member sales and coach kits.
Strength-sport markets such as the USA, Canada, Finland and Saudi Arabia receive our gloves by DHL, UPS or FedEx air, or by sea for distributors. Yes. Copper Forge can carry your box or gym name printed on the side of the hand and a logo on the wrist strap by rubber patch or embossing. The minimum is 100 pairs per style, with sizes and fits mixed.
The raised honeycomb pattern on the synthetic leather palm adds friction on stones, logs and kettlebells, and the foam padding beneath spreads pressure. It works with chalk, though some lifters prefer bare hands for maximal grip events.
No. The guards are moulded TPR shapes that help against bumps and scrapes during training, but they are not certified impact protection and we do not make that claim. They suit sled work, rig movements and outdoor training.
The paid sample takes 15–20 working days from artwork approval, and its cost is credited against your first bulk order. Bulk follows 2–3 weeks after sample approval. We share photos of the sample before dispatching it.
