Burgundy Rack takes a quieter route than our bright styles. A maroon air-mesh back is crossed by a black diagonal overlay, black finger panels carry maroon stitch lines, and the black wrist strap has a maroon-trimmed tab with a white logo. The look suits premium gym chains and university colours. Finger seams are turned inward to reduce rubbing on long sessions.
Distributors and gym chains ordering 500 or 1,000 pairs at a time gain most from this style. Indicative FOB pricing is $8.00–$9.50 per pair at 100–499 pairs, $6.50–$8.00 at 500–999, and $5.00–$6.50 at 1,000+. We split the order by size and pack each size in labelled cartons.
The palm is 1.0–1.2 mm black synthetic leather with stitched foam padding zones and an extra layer at the finger base where calluses form. Full-finger coverage makes it suitable for machine circuits, rowing and cable work. Fit sizes run XS–2XL in unisex and women's patterns. The palm padding is thin enough to keep feel on machine handles.
Logos are printed, embossed or applied as a rubber patch on the wrist strap; university crests and corporate logos both work well. Maroon can be changed to navy, forest green or another brand colour, and private care labels plus swing tags are offered on bulk orders of 500 pieces.
We produce in our own factory with ISO 9001:2015 quality control at every stage. Paid samples take 15–20 working days, with the cost credited to bulk, and bulk is completed 2–3 weeks after sample approval. The balance of 50% is due when the order is ready to ship, after a 50% deposit.
Bulk glove orders travel by sea freight to distributors, or by DHL, UPS or FedEx for faster delivery. Frequent destinations include the UK, Ireland, Norway and Canada. Send photos or video of any defect within 14 days of delivery. We inspect the evidence and then remake the affected pairs or issue a credit note. Every bulk order is checked under our ISO 9001:2015 process before cartons are sealed.
