Heavy pressing and overhead work put strain on the wrist, so Ember Lockout combines a palm glove and a wrap in one piece. A long black hook-and-loop strap with red edge striping winds around the wrist and closes over a broad logo patch. The back is black air mesh with a red mesh side panel and a white logo.
The palm is 1.0–1.2 mm synthetic leather with foam padding outlined in red stitching, plus a silicone-dotted grip zone for bars and dumbbells. The 3 mm neoprene wrap gives firm support without the stiffness of a separate wrist strap, and the open fingertips keep chalk and grip feel natural. Seams around the thumb are bound so they do not dig in when gripping a thick bar.
Our own factory cuts, stitches and finishes the gloves in-house under ISO 9001:2015 quality control. A paid sample takes 15–20 working days, and the sample cost is credited when you place bulk. Bulk production then runs 2–3 weeks after sample approval, with large orders confirmed at quote.
Most buyers brand the wrap first. We print, emboss or attach a rubber patch logo to the wrap closure, and can add a second logo to the back of the hand. Colour changes are straightforward: replace red with your gym colour and keep the black base, or invert the scheme entirely.
Consider a gym chain stocking its front desk: 250 pairs in unisex XS–2XL plus 100 pairs in a women's fit, all with a rubber patch logo. Indicative FOB pricing is $8.00–$9.50 per pair at 100–499 pairs, $6.50–$8.00 at 500–999 and $5.00–$6.50 at 1,000+, so a second reorder can move the chain into a lower tier.

Ember Lockout has a minimum of 100 pairs per style. You can split that quantity across XS–2XL and mix unisex and women's fits, so a gym or brand can order a full size run without committing to large stock of any one size.
The wrap is 3 mm neoprene with a long hook-and-loop closure, so lifters can tighten it for heavy presses or loosen it for accessory work. It is a training aid rather than medical support, and it is sewn to the glove so it cannot be lost.
A rubber patch gives a raised, durable logo, embossing gives a subtle tone-on-tone finish, and printing allows full colour artwork. All three are available on the wrap. We show each option on a free 3D mock-up before the paid sample is made.
Yes. We ship to Saudi Arabia, the USA, the UK, Australia and other markets by DHL, UPS or FedEx, with sea freight for distributor orders. Payment terms are 50% deposit with the order and 50% when goods are ready to ship.
