About the Arctic White Kids Single-Weave Gi

The image shows a white single-weave jacket and pants with a cleaner, narrower lapel than our kids BJJ gis. The cut is lighter and closer to a traditional training gi, so it looks at home in a karate or judo-style class as well as on a BJJ mat. Without trim or print, it is a clean canvas for a dojo crest.

One uniform that works across several disciplines means fewer SKUs, less unsold stock and fewer gis thrown away when a child switches class. That is the practical side of sustainability for many academies. Arctic White is pre-shrunk, so sizes hold through frequent washing and gis can be passed down to younger siblings or a club swap rail.

Clubs that want a lower-impact material can ask about a cotton and recycled-polyester blend on request; we do not claim a certification for it. For strict BJJ competition gis, look at our Classic White Kids BJJ gi instead.

How ordering works

Place a trial of 30 with half the value as deposit. We send the PPS in photos or video; bulk is made in roughly 2–3 weeks after approval. Pay the rest at completion, and we ship by courier or sea.

Arctic White gis come from Blackthorn World's audited Sialkot factory (ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA, SGS), which runs 200+ machines and its own embroidery and print lines.

Make it yours

Dojo crests, school names and kanji can be embroidered or heat-pressed. Belts in any rank colour are optional. A 500 pcs minimum applies to your own neck labels, care labels and swing tags, which run with bulk orders only and are not part of a trial.
