About the Desert Olive Pearl Weave BJJ Gi

Earth tones set this gi apart from the usual white, blue and black. The body is a warm sand or khaki shade, and the olive-green collar, cuff trim and pant detailing give it a utilitarian, field-ready look. There are no loud graphics, which leaves clear space for your own wordmark. Note this is the Desert Olive colourway, not the Olive Topo print.

Desert Olive gives that first collection a colour story buyers remember, without paying for custom-dyed fabric on day one.

When the drop sells through, you move to a bulk run with your own neck label, woven care label and hang tags, and the same pattern carries forward. Founders often build a range around one hero gi; this colourway also sits well beside black and white versions you could add later.

How ordering works

Your trial run starts with a 50% deposit. We share pre-production sample photos or a short video; once you approve, bulk takes about 2–3 weeks. Settle the balance when cartons are ready and choose courier, air or sea freight.

Your label is made by Blackthorn World in Sialkot, Pakistan: an ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS audited factory with 200+ machines and its own sublimation, screen printing and embroidery.

Make it yours

Put your brand on the lapel, shoulders and back with embroidery, woven badges or heat transfer, plus a sleeve flag or pant-leg logo. Branded packaging is available on request. Your own neck labels, care labels and swing tags carry a 500 pcs MOQ and are made with the bulk order, not with the 30-piece trial, which uses standard labels.
