About the Blaze Halftone Long-Sleeve Rash Guard
Royal blue forms the base, broken by bold diagonal bands of orange and white halftone dots that fade from dense to sparse across the torso and sleeves. The effect is fast and graphic, with a print-shop texture that suits streetwear-influenced brands. Long sleeves give the halftone room to travel. The fit is tight compression with a silicone gripper at the hem, and a clear chest area takes a brand mark.
A new brand needs a first drop that looks finished without tying up cash in thousands of units. With a 30-piece minimum you can test one colourway, gather customer feedback and reorder the sizes that sell. Blaze Halftone works as a hero piece because the colour contrast stands out in product photos and social posts.
We hold the fabric at 200–220 GSM. Anything thinner becomes see-through under stretch, which leads to returns and bad reviews for a young label. Once the line proves itself, move to bulk and add your own woven neck label, care label and swing tag so the product feels fully yours. How ordering works
A trial batch starts at 30 pieces. Pay half up front, review the pre-production sample in photos or video, then bulk runs for about 2–3 weeks. The final half is paid when stock is packed and ready to ship.
Blackthorn World is ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS certified, with a Sialkot, Pakistan facility of 200+ stitching machines and in-house sublimation, print and embroidery departments.

Your logo, wordmark and colour changes are sublimated into the panels. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags need a 500 pcs MOQ and are produced only with bulk orders; a trial batch carries standard labels. Branded polybags and size stickers can be discussed on request.
