Royal blue forms a bright base. Orange and white halftone dots run in diagonal bands across the leg, fading from dense to sparse, which gives a sense of speed. The colours are cheerful without being childish, so juniors and their coaches can wear the same short. Side splits allow kicks and guard play, and the Velcro and lace-up waistband adjusts as children grow between gradings.

Junior programmes have particular needs. Kids grow quickly, parents want value, and coaches want every child in the same kit for gradings and inter-club events. A 30-piece minimum can be split between youth sizes YS–YXL on request and adult XS–3XL, so instructors and assistants match their students.

The adjustable waistband is a real advantage here: the Velcro and lace closure lets one size fit through a growth spurt. Bright blue and orange also help coaches keep track of their group at busy tournaments. Many clubs add a matching rash guard to make a starter pack for new members.

How ordering works

Confirm your youth and adult size split, pay a 50% deposit and approve pre-production sample photos. Bulk follows in about 2–3 weeks. The remaining 50% is due before dispatch by courier or freight.

Junior kit is made with the same controls as adult kit: Blackthorn World's Sialkot, Pakistan plant runs 200+ machines and in-house sublimation, printing and embroidery under ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS.

Make it yours

Print the club logo, a programme name such as Juniors, and individual first names. Colours can be softened. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags require 500 pcs, produced with bulk orders; trial batches use standard labels.
