About the Blaze Halftone Pearl Weave BJJ Gi

Orange and white halftone stripes run diagonally across royal-blue trim panels, fading from solid to dot as they move down the jacket and pants. Blue and orange sit opposite each other on the colour wheel, so the contrast is strong and the gi reads from across a hall. The pattern is lively but structured, with clean edges at the lapel.

Some academies and brands now ask what their kit is made from. The Blaze Halftone jacket is pure cotton, and pre-shrinking reduces the number of gis that end up unusable after the first wash. For the pants, recycled polyester ripstop can replace standard ripstop on request. We do not claim a recycled-content certification, so please treat it as a material option.

How ordering works

Confirm the pants fabric, pay a 50% deposit on your trial of 30 and approve the pre-production sample images. Bulk follows in about 2–3 weeks. The balance is paid when the order is ready; sea freight is an option for larger runs.

This gi is cut and stitched by Blackthorn World in Sialkot under ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS, on 200+ machines, with in-house sublimation, printing and embroidery.

Make it yours

Logos, names and team marks are added by embroidery, heat transfer or sublimation. Colours can be adjusted. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags start at 500 pcs, produced together with bulk orders, not included with trials. Recycled-content wording on labels is your responsibility to verify.
