About the Navy Copper Long-Sleeve Rash Guard
A solid navy body is traced with fine copper pinstripe lines that follow the shoulder seams, run along the sleeves and outline the side panels. The effect is understated and sharp, almost tailored, and suits corporate or club buyers who prefer a quieter look. Navy is easy to co-brand with nearly any logo colour. The long sleeves are close fitting, and a silicone gripper keeps the hem down.
Resellers need a product they can offer to many end clients with only small changes. Navy Copper is that kind of base. Swap the copper for silver, gold or a client colour, drop in a logo and it becomes a new SKU for a new customer, each at a 30-piece minimum.
Quality complaints are the costliest problem for a distributor. We never knit this top below 200 GSM, because thinner rash guards become see-through when stretched and come back as returns. Each order gets its own PPS approval, so you can show the end client before bulk starts. Sizes run adult XS–3XL, and we can quote several client designs together.

How ordering works
Bundle client designs in one enquiry. We confirm with a 50% deposit, share pre-production photos or video per design and complete bulk in around 2–3 weeks after approval. The balance is due at ship-ready, with courier or freight options.

Each client order can carry its own logo, piping colour and back print. We can also supply blank navy bodies with a simple chest mark. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags have a 500 pcs MOQ and are produced with bulk orders; trial lots ship with standard labels.
