About the Lime Volt Short-Sleeve Rash Guard
Charcoal and black panels are cut through by bright neon-lime slashes, with scattered halftone dots trailing behind each strike. The lime is vivid against the dark base and gives an electric, high-energy look. Short sleeves keep the arms free. The chest and back stay dark enough for a logo in lime or white. Flatlock seams and a silicone hem gripper finish the compression fit.
Buyers increasingly ask where their fabric comes from. For Lime Volt we can source a recycled polyester and spandex knit on request, in place of the standard 88/12 blend. Sublimation suits this route, because the ink bonds into polyester fibres without a separate printed layer.
We do not hold or claim an eco certification for the recycled fabric, so please describe it accurately in your own marketing. What we can confirm is the weight. Whichever fabric you choose stays at 200–220 GSM, because thinner rash guards turn see-through under stretch. Ask for a quote on both fabrics and compare the price difference before deciding.

How ordering works
Choose standard or recycled fabric when you enquire. A 50% deposit confirms the order, PPS photos or video follow, and bulk is ready in roughly 2–3 weeks after approval. The final 50% is due before shipping.
Blackthorn World operates under ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS from its Sialkot, Pakistan site, with 200+ machines and its own sublimation, printing and embroidery lines.

Logos, slogans and colour changes are sublimated. You can request a recycled polyester knit at quoting stage. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags carry a 500 pcs MOQ and are produced with bulk orders only; trial orders use standard labels.

Sublimation dyes the polyester fibres directly, so the print does not crack or peel.
