About the Lime Volt Softshell Coach Jacket
Charcoal and black panels form the body, slashed with neon-lime strokes and dotted halftone fades across the chest and hem. The lime glows against the dark base, so trainers stand out on a busy gym floor. COACH sits front and centre. The look is energetic and modern, closer to streetwear than traditional teamwear, which helps it sell as merch.
Gyms and affiliates use staff jackets twice: once to identify coaches during classes and outdoor sessions, and again as retail stock for members who want the same look. A strong graphic matters for both jobs.
Lime Volt is designed with that in mind. Coaches get the COACH chest print; the member version can carry your gym name or a slogan instead. Fitness brands with several locations can add a sleeve print per site. The same neon-lime graphic is also made as rash guards, fight shorts and sports bras, so a gym can build a small capsule around one design and launch it all at once.

How ordering works
Order a trial of 50 jackets to test the design with members. A 50% deposit starts the job and PPS photos or video come to you for approval. Bulk takes about 2–3 weeks; the balance is paid before dispatch by courier or freight.
We are certified to ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS, and our Sialkot, Pakistan site runs 200+ machines with sublimation, printing and embroidery handled in-house.
Make it yours
Swap COACH for TRAINER, your box name or a motto. Print a location on the sleeve and an Instagram handle on the back. Neon shades can change to your brand colour. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags need 500 pcs, come with bulk orders, and are not part of trial orders, which carry standard labels.
